All knitting is subject to local availability of the colors you request. All effort is made to create your item and ship it to you within 10 days, but sometimes I will need to wait for a yarn order to come in. I will keep you notified if this occurs.
All sales are final on custom orders.
Non-custom items may be returned for a refund of the sale price only.
Shipping is Priority Mail, and due to the limitations of this site shipping may be quoted very high. In these cases, I will refund the difference....I charge actual shipping plus a reasonable fee to cover handling costs.
